Marketing IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for 2 Marketing IT Project Manager with different backgrounds:

• one with strong online marketing expertise
• one IT project manager with focus in marketing and sales areas

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or equivalent professional experience
• Advanced English language skills
• Self-motivated, flexible and team-oriented
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, ideally in a marketing/sales environment, is an advantage
• Can be considered an advantage: good knowledge of WCMS or similar systems; experience with microservices, frontend technologies and AI or knowledge of web, e-commerce and CRM systems
• Structured and responsible way of working, with strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement IT projects in the marketing and sales areas (commerce, customer services, PIM) or IT projects related to online marketing and web platforms (WCMS/FirstSpirit, tracking and analytics systems, Social Media/Sprinklr, etc.)
• Provide functional and operational support to the system owners
• Translate abstract business needs into clear project objectives, technical concepts and actionable implementation plans
• Work closely with internal specialist departments (Marketing, Customer Service, Sales, IT, Logistics) and external partners to identify and implement IT solutions that sustainably optimize internal processes and improve service quality for customers
• Active involvement in day-to-day operations and quality assurance
